The Butterfield Family in Camas, Washington.

Camas Family Photographer

The Butterfields were new to the area when they contacted me for their family session. They lived in Camas and wanted a pretty spot, but not crowded. Round and Lacamas lake are gorgeous, but they can get kinda busy on weekends. Hidden away just down the road, though, is Fallen Leaf State park, and every time I’ve been there, it’s been nice and quiet.

Lots of trees and a perfect little lake.

Halfway through their session, we packed up and headed just a little north to capture their family with the hobby they share and love.

Their plane was hangared at the historic Grove Field, so they wheeled it out and included it in their session. How fun is that?

I love having clients that want to customize their session to include what they love in their images.
