Sarah and Stacey have been featured on my blog with their engagement session and small ceremony during COVID-19. But, they wanted a night to celebrate their union before their friends.
Before they started getting ready, I caught them over in the little secret garden having a moment to themselves. I’ve never seen them not smiling or having fun.

The love story between Sarah and Stacey is one of the books. Finding love on the roller derby track! The couple exchanged vows in a ceremony that reflected their unique bond, including a beautiful handfasting ceremony by their friend Tawny.
Getting ready, there were lots of laughs and plenty of love in both parties.

I like to tell couples that seem nervous that a first look is a great way to let some of the pressure off.
Having private moments to yourselves and celebrating each other lets you breathe calmly and relax during the ceremony.

We brought the wedding party and the family to the garden area to get the portraits done before the ceremony. Because we all know, everyone wants to get to the party as soon as possible!
