Get ready to dive headfirst into the heartwarming tale of Kirsten and Chris’ special day at Trinity Pines, all seen through the lens of yours truly, Missy Fant, your Vancouver WA wedding photographer.

Now, I know what you’re thinking, “Yet another wedding story?” But hold onto your hats because this isn’t your average story. It’s a magical mix of emotions, breathtaking backgrounds, and those perfectly timed moments that make you go, “Aw!” Trust me, it’s an absolute blast. And let’s not forget how having a seasoned Vancouver WA photographer by your side on your big day is a total game-changer!

When my team and I first arrive, the first thing we go for, is the dress. I mean, we’re there to catch all of the glorious details of your day, so capturing your gorgeous dress before you step into it, is a big deal.

With not one but two fabulous getting-ready areas, you and your wedding party will have all the space you need to prepare for your big day in style.

The first area is located in the basement of the main house. In contrast, the second room is housed in a separate building across the driveway.

These spacious rooms provide the perfect setting for you and your loved ones to luxuriously and comfortably get ready to make unforgettable memories.

Kirsten and her bridal party were getting ready and having a wonderful time in the house.

It is perfectly set up for some gorgeous bridal portraits.

Meanwhile, the groom’s party was over in the shop goofing off and playing with their new swords. Chris gifted each party member with some geeky cufflinks and matching weapons.

So of course, we had to have to have some fun with the weapons too.

Once everyone is ready, we slide right to the first look. It’s always special when the Bride wants to have one with her Father first.

Although, I feel bad when I have to hurry the Father away to let the Groom get in his first look too!

I love doing first looks; it puts the couple at ease for the rest of their day. The stress just melts away when they see each other for the first time. A lot of the stress of the wedding day is in the anticipation of seeing each other.

Plus, from the first looks, we can move into the party photos, which makes the after-ceremony portraits so much faster. And that means so much more time partying with your friends and family.

Once the portraits are done, we tuck everyone away to relax while the guests arrive. We wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise!

While the couple is hidden, we go about and capture all the details we can before more people arrive as well. You spent so much time planning this day, so our goal is to make sure you can look back at your wedding and remember it all.

Then comes ceremony time, the time that you’ve been waiting for!

Trinity Pines has a gorgeous ceremony area that hides itself in the shade (usually after 3), which makes it so great for those hot summer day,

Right after the wedding ceremony, we like to roll right into portraits, that way, your Grandma doesn’t go straight for cocktails and busting a move on the floor before messing up the hair she spent hours on.

Once we have all the possible combinations of family portraits you could ever want, we sneak off with the newlyweds and get their portraits done so that they can enjoy all the partying at their wedding.

Now, let’s get rolling to the PARTY!

From Toasts, to cake, to the dances, Kirsten and Chris now how to party! And yes, the lightsabers came out.

My team (Brianna Barnes Photography and Retro Sunshine Creative) and I had such a great time with these two. We wish so much happiness to everyone!
